Invoices

The Invoice module provides access to all the invoices associated with the virtual assistants for the Standard Accounts. This includes subscriptions for both Usage Plans and Support Plans. However, it does not display invoices for Enterprise Accounts.

Viewing Invoices

To view the invoices, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the XO Platform and select the assistance for which you need the invoice.
  2. Navigate to Product Switcher > Billing > Manage > My Invoices. invoices
  3. All invoices are displayed in chronological order and include the following fields:
    • Order Id
    • Billing Date
    • Cost
    • Payment Method
    • Payment Status
  4. You can download any invoice as a PDF format by clicking download. You can also export the billing report as a .csv file.
