Guided Onboarding

After signing up, users are guided through the onboarding process as follows:

1. Provide the workspace name and invite additional users by entering their Email IDs. Click Continue to proceed.

2. Select the relevant option related to your company from the drop-down list and click Next. This will expedite the onboarding process.
   

3. To initiate the onboarding journey, select one of the following options and then click Next:

   • Create an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA)
   • Build your AI-native Contact Center
     

4. Select one of the following options to choose your onboarding experience.

   • Guided Onboarding
   • Custom Setup
     Guided Onboarding is recommended and pre-selected.

5. Click Next at the bottom-right corner, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the onboarding journey.

6. At the end of the journey, your app will be ready. Finish and jump into XO.
