Automation Routing Modes¶
Automation routing modes streamline the connection and configuration of automation apps, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows. All settings are located under Flow & Channels > Automation Routing > Routing Modes for easier access and management. The interface provides a quick view of Chat and Voice flows, displaying key routing details, including Flow Name, Automation Node, Routing Mode, and Channel. The integrated search bar enables easy filtering of results and efficient management of routing configurations.
Navigate to Flow & Channels > Automation Routing > Routing Modes. Click the three dots (more icons) for any welcome flow and select the required option: Automation Settings or Manage Linked Apps.
Automation Settings¶
The settings allow you to configure Automation Node settings, including selecting the autonomy level for Automation AI, Automation AI options, Agentic App Configurations, connection rules, and error prompts. Learn more.
Manager Linked Apps¶
You can view all linked apps and manage them within your workspace. To link more apps, click +Link Apps and select the app from the list. To unlink an app, click the unlink icon next to it. Learn more.
