Obscure Customer Info in Analytics - Interactions

Administrators can configure the system to hide customer Email IDs and Phone Numbers in the Interactions dashboard, Details slider, and Export file. Instead, the system displays the internal User ID.

Steps to enable Obscure Customer Info in Analytics - Interactions:

  1. Navigate to Contact Center AI > Configurations > Settings > System Settings > Obscure Customer Info in Analytics - Interactions.

  2. You will see three settings. Configure the settings as needed.

  3. Replace Customer Column with User ID on main page: Turn on the toggle to display the User ID instead of Email ID or Phone Number in the Customer column of the Interactions dashboard.

  4. Disable Userinfo tab in Details slider: Turn on the toggle to hide the Userinfo tab from the Details slider.
  5. Replace Customer Column with User ID in export file: Turn on the toggle to display the User ID instead of Email ID or Phone Number in the Customer column of the Interactions export file.

Note

  • All settings are optional and set to OFF by default.
  • If you do not enable any setting, the system continues to display customer information as Email ID or Phone Number.
  • You can enable one or more settings independently based on your privacy requirements.
