To delete a Batch Test Suite.

BotID	Bot ID or Stream ID can be accessed under General Settings on the Bot Builder.	Required
testSuiteName	Name of the test suite on the Bot Builder. Note: Only Custom Batch Test Suites can be deleted.	Required
